Digital Service Officer (Digital Support Officer)

FSSC is growing worldwide. As a result, the role of IT in its organization and for its customers is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, FSSC is looking for a Digital Service Officer (Digital Support Officer). As a Digital Service Officer (Digital Support Officer), you are responsible for supporting colleagues and customers on all operational aspects related to the use of IT services, IT infrastructure, and software applications.

The Digital Service Officer (Digital Support Officer) participates in operational meetings with colleagues, customers, and IT suppliers and is expected to proactively suggest improvements and support developments to further professionalize the IT systems.

Key Results Areas

  • Providing timely answers to IT questions of users
  • Developing and maintaining the IT part of the knowledge base
  • Provide training on IT products to the Global Team, Partners, and stakeholders
  • Support Portal and software product developments
  • Support other IT-related activities like the website and Office 365
  • Help manage the IT suppliers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • A good and wide IT knowledge and interest
  • Specific knowledge in:
    • Microsoft Office 365 Business (Exchange / AD / OneDrive / Teams)
    • Preverbally Windows and Mac OS knowledge
    • Ticket systems like Freshdesk / FreshService
  • Knowledge of software development process
  • Knowledge of api’s and process understanding of how to connect software applications
  • IT project management and service delivery skills
  • Fluent in English: ability to read, write, and speak at a high proficiency level
