Organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Kaizen Awards recognize and encourage organizations across India to undertake small but impactful quality and food safety improvement initiatives. The awards span three categories—small and micro, medium, and large organizations—and evaluate entries on creativity, replicability, employee involvement, and measurable benefits. They provide a platform to highlight meaningful solutions that drive progress in quality and food safety.

Foundation FSSC has proudly supported the Kaizen Awards since its inception in 2018, actively refining the award criteria and evolving its framework to meet industry needs. This collaboration has helped shape the awards into a powerful motivator for organizations to embrace incremental improvements, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
